TruGreen is committed to setting the industry standard for education, training and certification of our specialists. First, we provide intensive on-going training series all for new specialists. The program covers a variety of agronomic, horticultural and safety related topics. Each new specialist is paired with a mentor who provides coaching. Our specialists must meet TruGreen’s rigorous TruExpertSM certification and state licensing standards to apply weed and pest control products. TruGreen also has technical managers, degreed horticulturists, in each market to provide additional local expertise. We would love to see you and speak with you about your lawn if you are home. If you can’t be home for your visit, we’ll leave a service summary at your front door (or send it via text or email, based on your communication preference selected), and email you with details about the services we’ve performed. Technician recognized I had just seeded the lawn. The treatment scheduled had weed control which would have damaged the seedlings. He came to the door and discussed options which was using the cart vs the hose (think more effort and time) with a different blend/mix that would not impair the work I did. “I treat your yard like it was my own”. Above and beyond service. Very thankful for the recognition and effort.

***UPDATE*** Email sent to the inbox yesterday. Closest location wins the prize for terrible attention to detail! I live south of Winchester and your company treated an entire section of our neighborhood without permission. Would've been one thing if they did cover every area of my yard but it was spot treated. Not to mention no other person on my street wants your service. My neighbor has already put down everything on his own for the season only to have your guy put something (because we don't know what was in it) on top of it. If it weren't for cameras I would've never known that they were in my yard and I too would have fried lawn. There's no sign or note anywhere near my house that it was treated. Now we also have no idea where our dog can go use the bathroom because again your guy didn't notify where he treated. We fired your company in Florida for this exact same lack of attention to detail and half ass work. Good to know that no matter where in the country you go, you can expect the same level of effort. Good idea on saving money by not advertising your local phone number and routing to a call center.

I’m a customer for 8 years, there’s been an odd issue or two, but TruGreen always takes care of it. Use with confidence. Jacob is a great service tech. kind, patient, and gets the job done. 5 stars! Comprehensive and complete. Timely for the season and stage of growth. When the weather complies and my Trugreen service is done I know I’ll have a vibrant green lawn that is pest free and almost weed free! My tech, Stephen M, is fantastic, thorough and responsible. He does the best job and I know that when he shows up in the schedule calendar, I can rest assured that the job will get done and done well. What else does a customer want? Thank you Bob B. Douglas B (tree and shrub specialist) today did my bark and foliage protection treatment. It was fabulous work and Doug made sure to cover all the trees and shrubs and heard my couple of trees concern very well and applied the spray well. Let's hope for the best and those couple of trees come back nicely.

First visit - I liked the advance notice via text so I knew when the tech was going to arrive. Tech was polite and efficient in letting me know what he was going do and how long it was going to take and gave me advice about how long I should keep pets off the grass. Overall excellent first experience
