Top notch experience. Mike is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. His team is also professional and very efficient. If I ever need another tree taken down, I will not search for another company. 23 Trees is the only choice.

Mike from 23 Trees showed up same day for an estimate. He emailed me the estimate and proof of insurance that same evening and was able to book and complete the work within ten days. The crew showed up on time, was very professional and beat all my expectations for the work they did. They gave the best price beating out their closest competitor by $400 and the highest competitor by over $2k. They also promised to beat any other offer that came under theirs. Beyond all that, they were the only company that sent proof of insurance with their estimate and Mike was the only representative of any company that shook my hand and thanked me after we talked about the scope of work. When you’re old school like I am, a handshake means a lot. There is another tree on the property that might need to come down in a couple of years and I would 100% use 23 Trees for that job as well. I would highly recommend this team for any job in the NoVa area and I really don’t understand why you’d use anybody else. Mike Pisfil did a great job of cutting down two trees and grinding the two trunks which were very close to stone steps. His professional skill and attention to detail made a challenging job looked easy. I was relieved that Mike removed both trunks without damaging the stone steps. Strongly recommend 23 Trees to anyone who needs tree cutting, trunk grinding services.

I had an outstanding experience with 23 Trees. First, Mike gave a very reasonable estimate. He is easy to reach and very prompt with texting. The scheduled day came and we had heavy rain. We rescheduled for Monday morning. They came promptly after a first job. Mike kept me posted as to their arrival. They came in with a heavy piece of equipment that almost looked like a mini tractor (didn't expect something so big) which they operated remotely and it was digging away with gusto. Quite amazing and done quickly too!

I had an outstanding experience with 23 Trees. Their quick response, affordable prices, and effective communication really stood out. As a landlord, I particularly valued them sending pictures of the finished work. Mike deserves special mention for his exceptional service. He didn't hesitate to return for a second cleanup when some trimmings were left behind due to the rain. Overall, I'm delighted with the job they did and would rate them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.
